2021: Ensuring control and accounting of energy resources
The management of the Volzhsky Automobile Plant CHPP was tasked with ensuring the control and accounting of energy resources to reduce losses and improve the quality of energy resources supplied to consumers. It was necessary to solve the problem of a large number of different types of metering devices distributed geographically by integrating them into a single information space of the enterprise. This was announced on July 19, 2021 by NPF Krug, which developed and introduced into industrial operation an automated system of operational control and integrated technical/commercial accounting of energy resources (ASOKU) of the VAZ CHPP.
VAZ CHPP is part of the Samara branch of PJSC T Plus. It provides energy supply, heating and hot water supply to the Volga Automobile Plant, Avtozavodsky District of Togliatti and the communal zone. The CHP operates with a full load of 11 turbine units, 14 steam power boilers, 14 peak hot water boilers.
Energy metering units of VAZ CHPP operate at FRS, heat stations, in production units (hot and cold water, steam, effluents, natural and technical gases).
ASOKU CHPP VAZ is implemented on the basis of the Russian software and technical complex KRUK-2000 (CAS KRUK-2000) and is designed for automated remote collection of operational and archival data from 35 metering devices of various types, organization of commercial and technical accounting of energy resources.
The collection, intermediate processing and storage of data from metering devices and the transfer of data to the upper level of the system are provided by industrial controllers DevLink-C1000.
The upper level, implemented on the basis of the Russian SCADA-system KRUK-2000, includes:
- two redundant dedicated data collection and storage servers with additional software installed WEB-Kontrol
- Dispatcher AWS (thick client)
- WEB clients (thin clients - 50 pcs.)
- Single Time Server TimeVisor.
It is envisaged to transfer operational and archival data to a single automated information and measurement system of technological and commercial accounting of the Samara branch of PJSC "T Plus" (AIIS TICU).
KRUK performed a complete set of turnkey works, including design, equipment supply, engineering, installation and commissioning, development and certification of measurement methods for metering units and for the system as a whole.
