On January 13, 2014 the ASCON company announced implementation at the Ufa design institute JSC Vostokneftezavodmontazh of the LOTSMAN:ORD system for management of organizational and administrative and contractual documentation.
Project Tasks
Transition to electronic organizational and administrative document management was required for reduction of dead times and risks of loss of the documents work-related on "paper" technology. The implementation purpose, first of all - fall forward of information processing due to decrease in time expenditure on delivery, replication, search of necessary documents and introduction of changes in them.
As a program basis of future workflow system the design institute "JSC VNZM" selected the solution of ASCON - LOTSMAN:ORD, execution of the project charged ASCON-Ufa companies.
Project Progress
Works in the project are begun in August, 2012. They included the analysis of business processes, development of offers on their optimization, setup of the LOTSMAN:ORD system, user training. In five months a system was put into operation.
Project Results
Andrey Kudryavtsev, the director of Design institute JSC VNZM, noted: "At the moment at Design institute work with the majority of documents is automated. Level of performing discipline and transparency of work with documents increased, process of their approval accelerated. Now at any time there is a possibility of status monitoring of documents. Complex approach to automation of engineering and organizational document flow allowed us to reach the new qualitative level of accomplishment of project works".
A system integrated 35 jobs in all divisions of institute. Works on implementation of LOTSMAN: Ordvypolnena specialists of ASCON-Ufa company.
