Weatherford it was required to provide to the enterprises high-quality and reliable service of telephone communication at considerable expense reduction on its operation. To the contractor of the project the management of Weatherford set the task: at design of a new system as much as possible to use possibilities of the existing telecommunication equipment and also the systems of an audio-and video conferencing.
Solution
Specialists Microtest developed the project taking into account requirements of the customer, having taken the solutions Cisco Systems as a basis. Within the agreement works on design, implementation and integration of a system with the existing infrastructure are performed, trial operation of the created solution is carried out.
Technology the project is implemented based on the solution Cisco Unified Computing Systems and the system of virtualization of applications of VMware of ESXi. In the virtualized environment the geographically distributed cluster of processing system of telephone calls of Cisco Unified Communications Manager and the system of interactive service of telephone calls based on the product Cisco Unified Contact Center Express will unroll. The fault tolerance of the provided services, both for local, and for remote users of a system is provided.
