April 14, 2015. The 1C-Rarus company announced creation of a business and tax accounting system, personnel management in Welding of Bridges company using the programs "1C:Enterprise 8".
Project Progress
The Welding of Bridges company performs construction of buildings and constructions. Accounting and tax accounting in construction has many features and is controlled by the relevant regulatory requirements. the "1C: Accounting of the construction organization" considering specifics of the industry and providing proper quality of accounting was selected from quality of the instrument of financial control. Jointly the company implemented "1C: Payroll and HR Management" - effective solution for the choice and implementation of the HR policy. Programs are integrated mezhda by themselves, five automated workplaces are automated, work in a uniform information field facilitates tasks of employees, reduces number of routine transactions.
"1C: Accounting of the construction organization" includes a set of ready primary documents on accounting of the capital investments, work in progress of engineering works, on accounting of the Inventories and other documents approved by Resolutions of Goskomstat of the Russian Federation. The program also includes various analytical reports on cash flow on financing sources, accounting of the capital investments, tovaromaterialny values, settlings with partners. Considering specifics of the industry, in the program account of installation and construction works on construction objects, work in progress according to cost items with reflection of stages of accomplishment of the construction contracts adopted from subcontractor of works on objects and also industry accounting of production supplies is kept.
A system accompanies all stages of personnel recruitment: from formation of a vacancy before acceptance of the final decision.
