Technoserv Consulting created the IT system of personnel management and payroll calculation in agro-industrial holding "White Bird". As a result of the project became possible carrying out calculations of employee benefits by a uniform technique and increase in transparency of personnel procedures.

The White Bird agroholding includes more than 40 production sites providing a full stroke of production and sale — from production of forages before sale of finished meat goods. In the company more than 10 thousand work human. Until recently each enterprise of holding conducted activities for personnel management independently. Such practice did not allow to apply uniform approach to charge of payments and motivation of personnel, is transparent to plan structure and number of staff. The uniform IT system of personnel management was required for holding to build the HR policy at qualitatively other level and to optimize costs for personnel payments. Implementation of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management CORP" platform ("1C: Payroll and HR Management CORP") was entrusted a command Technoserv Consulting which earlier perfectly proved in development of IT strategy of agroholding.

In the application 70 employees of the different legal entities who are a part of holding far off work. So use of a uniform method of calculation of payments and building of a transparent personnel management system within all holding became possible.

During the project integration of the IT system of personnel management with the diverse systems of accounting is made. The array of historical data on charges, deduction, the actual payments and employee transfers of employees in the last two years was transferred to a new system.
