The Belaya Ploshchad business center has chosen the PRYSM digital platform for operation management and interaction with tenants. The project is being implemented by MANUFAQTURY, which develops PropTech solutions for commercial real estate, which announced this on January 19, 2026.

The introduction of PRYSM in Belaya Square became part of the strategy for the transition to a single digital control loop for the facility - from operation and service processes to communications with residents. The solution allows you to automate key operational tasks, increase process transparency and reduce the response time to tenant requests.

The project was implemented in a short time due to the modular platform architecture and a phased approach to implementation. At the start, key modules were launched in Belaya Ploshchad - control of access control and processing applications, which made it possible to quickly translate critical processes into digital format without stopping the current operation of the facility.

PRYSM is built as a modular system: each functional unit can work autonomously and connect as the object and command are ready. This approach allows you to launch the platform with the minimum necessary set of functions and gradually expand its capabilities - without losing stability and the need to rebuild the solution. PRYSM is a digital platform for commercial real estate, combining a management company, owner and tenants in a single system. For residents, the solution is available in the format: mobile application through it you can send applications to the management company, issue passes, receive notifications and use additional services of the business center. For operational commands, the platform is used as a working tool with request control, compliance and SLA access to analytics.

Within the framework of the project, MANUFAQTURY acted as a supplier of a digital solution and as a technological partner of the facility. The team conducted an audit of the processes for applications and access control, gathered working groups with the participation of representatives of the business center and, based on feedback, adapted the system to the operational features of Belaya Ploshchad. Some of the improvements were implemented after the launch of the platform - without stopping its work.

The PRYSM architecture is originally designed to manage the portfolio of objects. The platform supports flexible delimitation of access rights according to the role model and forms a summary analytics for all buildings, which allows you to scale the solution to new locations without changing the basic control logic.
