Using the HRB HRM system the majority of processes of staff administration "With pleasure" is automated: maintaining staff list, maintaining cards of employees, personnel office-work. Thanks to system implementation in Consolidation the structure of the enterprise is arranged and all business processes connected with personnel problems are built, the accuracy of payroll is increased and the labor input of process of preparation for calculation is reduced.

Situation before implementation

The confectionery union[1]is "sweet" is one of the largest producers of confectionery in Russia and enters into top ten of the confectionery industry. "With pleasure" has two production sites in Yekaterinburg and Ulyanovsk, head office in Moscow. Products of the company are provided in the territory of all Russia and in many CIS countries.

At such distributed structure and total number of employees  about 3,000 people effective management of personnel is one of factors of successful development of the company.

On the production site in Yekaterinburg where the total number of employees was  about 1,500 people, there was a complex system of payroll for some employee categories. In each of workshops in spreadsheets of Excel separate time keeping and the system of brigade dresses was kept that complicated settlement process of the salary. The company felt the need for the solution which would allow to transfer these processes to the single integrated system and to automate them, having excluded need of an overload of data and double entry.

For this reason the management of Consolidation stopped the choice on the product "HRB/personnel management and payroll" that allowed to adjust a centralized system of personnel management "With pleasure".

Implementation purpose

Control automation by personnel was the purpose of implementation and payroll on production sites of Confectionery union is "sweet". Implementation of HRB was complete in 2006.

The project was performed in two stages. Within the first stage preparation and implementation of the standard solution for the enterprise for control automation by personnel on the production site in Yekaterinburg were performed. He was expected three months and assumed implementation of the modules "Personnel Management", "Time keeping", "Payroll" and also development of generation of the corporate and external reporting. At the second stage there was a deployment of the ready-made solution on the production site in Ulyanovsk by drag'n'drop method.

Results of Implementation

Thanks to system implementation in Consolidation the structure of the enterprise is arranged and all business processes connected with personnel problems are built, the accuracy of payroll is increased and the labor input of process of preparation for calculation is reduced.

Upon completion of a problem of implementation training of timekeepers of all workshops and administrators of HRB was provided. At the moment support of a system is performed by consultants of Info Industries Group. Within support users of HRB timely and in full get localization service packs, advice in real time via the WebHelpDesk portal, settings of additional systems capabilities, user training.

As a result of end of the second stage of the project the solution on the production site in Ulyanovsk by forces of specialists "With pleasure" with assistance of consultants of HRB is successfully deployed.

During operating time the HRB system proved as the reliable and effective tool for accounting and human resource department "With pleasure". Now consultation on work with the HRB system is conducted by specialists of Info Industries Group Company. The qualified consultants perform on wishes of ""Sladko"" company of setup of additional opportunities (for example, new report forms, calculation algorithms, etc.).
