Wonderful house (Intalev: Corporate finances)

In Chudodom supermarket chain the first stage of the project of automation of a budgeting system based on the software product "is completed by Intalev: Corporate finances of 2004". The supermarket chain of goods for the house and an interior Chudod integrates 23 shops in 16 cities of Russia.

Before implementation of the new software product the budget was formed in Excel on the company in general without analysis of activity of each separate shop. The company management refers high labor input of collecting of actual data and their reduction in a budget format for the analysis as there was no uniformity of income and expense items and cash flow items in the budget and in accounting base to shortcomings of such budget making.

In the company the first of three stages of the project – setting and automation of budgeting is complete. Within this stage the regulations reflecting methodology and procedures of budget planning are developed: financial structure, budget structure, managerial account policy, regulations of planning. The technology of drawing up and adjustment of budgets of the enterprise is fulfilled, the payment schedule is implemented. Work on optimization of accounting for the purpose of increase in its transparency and adaptation to requirements of management accounting is carried out.

Now works on the second stage of the project – automation and a regulation of management accounting and the reporting are conducted.
