The WorldClass fitness center chain has introduced the Nopaper document exchange service. This was announced on July 27, 2023 by SafeTech.

WorldClass is a federal network fitness of centers. The company has 48 own clubs as of July 2023 - in, To Moscow, and Yekaterinburg. St. Petersburg And Sochi 65 partner clubs in 11 countries. The network continued to grow and, instead of hiring a new employee, decided to implement electronic document management.

The company considered solutions that would not only reduce operating costs, but also allow in one application to sign documents with everyone: full-time employees and freelance specialists.

We have 2,000 coaches, these are not only full-time employees, but also SP self-employed individuals. It was important to translate documents with each category into electronic form. Not all solutions on the market were ready to implement this. Someone specialized only in KEDO, and someone worked only with counterparties. All work scenarios closed the Nopaper service, "said Inna Efankina, head of human resources.

The Nopaper service allows you to exchange documents with employees and freelance specialists. Also, the service has functionality for working with the self-employed - when signing a document, its status is automatically checked, and after the work is completed, the service will remind the contractor to attach and send checks. And everything is in one application.

We loved the minimalism of the app. Often it is overloaded with various information, this is a minus: our coaches are not IT specialists, they will not sit, switch tabs and understand.
