"The world of the childhood" starts creation of the automated control system for the company

The AND Project company integrator announces the beginning of the project on creation of the automated control system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX in World of the Childhood company.

Background

In the conditions of fierce competition the effective management tool and control over the main business processes became necessary for further development of the company. For this reason company management "World of the childhood" made the decision on implementation of the ERP system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX for conducting full management accounting.

Expectations

The complexity of problems of implementation of a new ERP system is caused by features of business of the company. "The world of the childhood" works in two main independent directions - wholesale and retail - each of which has the specifics. As distribution activity of the company covers all territory of Russia, key distribution centers are located in Moscow, Vladivostok and Novosibirsk. For maintenance of the balanced merchandising the debugged scheme of internal and external logistic activity is built: work with foreign and domestic suppliers, internal transfers between distribution centers and shops. All these and other features of business "The world of the childhood" will be considered at implementation of a new ERP system in the solution of AND Project.

Objectives

Using the solution of AND Project, due to creation of the unified information system of management of financial, material resources, the staff of different geographically distributed divisions will be able quickly to trace information on all goods in warehouses and in way (where, how many, by whom it is ordered where is when is). Thus, use of ERP will allow to reduce the level of warehouse stocks at an adherence to deadlines and delivery conditions to clients. Along with it influence of "a human factor", errors and double entry of information is minimized.

Objectives

As a result of implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 the World of the Childhood company will receive an end-to-end system for conducting full management accounting on all sections, including formation of managerial balance, the profit and loss statement, cash flow statement. A system will allow to prepare the analytical reporting for acceptance of operational and strategic management decisions.
