Yamaldorstroy automated management accounting and the reporting

In Yamaldorstroy company the project of automation of management accounting based on the software product "is completed by Intalev: Corporate management". Setting, automation and start of functional area "Management accounting and the reporting" were executed by specialists of the Ural office of Intalev group.

The Yamaldorstroy company specializes in construction of trunk and intra-field oil pipelines, gas pipelines and gas-collecting networks, arrangement of oil and gas fields, construction and major repair of highways, installation of transmission lines.

During the project such features of the customer as remoteness of building sites were considered; seasonal nature of works; relevancy of expenses on delivery of materials and transport; weak communication channels with objects; frequent postponement of works and difficulties of planning connected with it.

Within the project training of a project team was provided; regulatory documents are developed: regulations on reports; about managerial account policy; about a financial analysis; about registers and analysts. According to regulations the automated system of management accounting is customized. After start of a system managerial reports for September-October, 2009 and operational reports on running state of projects in quantitative and value term were created.

In a project deliverable labor costs on conducting management accounting and operational report generation were considerably reduced, the possibility of evident representation of percent of the performed works and also a possibility of tracking of a work flow on projects in quantitative and value term appeared.
