In January, 2017 Corus Consulting Group announced project completion on automation of b2b-sales on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 platform in Yandex.Money company. The volume of the service contract on implementation was 2.18 million rubles[1]. Yandex.Money purchased software licenses separately within complex purchases of products of Microsoft for total amount of 121.7 and 19.4 million rubles.
Based on Dynamics CRM all process of b2b-sales of Yandex.Money was optimized and the interface for storage of the complete information about transactions is configured. A system in the automatic mode builds process of carrying out the transaction: creates meetings and tasks, changes the statuses of negotiations with clients, reminds of approval of commercial conditions.
For support of all cycle of customer interaction the CRM system was integrated with the internal platform of 1C.
Earlier in the company the CRM solution based on software of 1C was used. It follows from technical specifications on tender at the choice of the contractor for implementation. In particular, the solution "1C:CRM" is mentioned there.
Yandex.Money told TAdviser that the Dynamics solution of CRM is used only for automation of work of department of b2b-sales, i.e., commercial department, and own solution developed based on the platform "by 1C, the company continues to use for other tasks.
The company did not consider Dynamics CRM alternative. Yandex.Money initially selected this solution and further selected only between suppliers, the representative of the company explained TAdviser.
As of 2016, in Yandex.Money about 28 million e-wallets were registered, and the universal payment solution for business "Yandex.Cash" is used by about 75 thousand online stores and online services.
