2017: The YarComTrans association has switched to the 1C accounting system: Integrated automation

In February 2017, the construction association YarComTrans successfully put into commercial operation a new accounting system based on 1C: Integrated automation. The contractor was WiseAdvice-IT.

Application solution 1C: Integrated automation 2 made it possible to build a modern accounting system with a high degree of cost detail, to determine the indicators of user management and responsibility within a single information space.

The following functions are implemented:

• Sales (sales), service, marketing: calculation of the standard cost of orders, pricing, price lists, formation of a payment receipt schedule.
• Finance, management accounting, monitoring of indicators: budgeting, financial planning, finance, management accounting and cost calculation using the ABC method, monitoring and analysis of key indicators of the enterprise, a balanced BSC scorecard, data analysis and forecasting, treasury, dividend calculation.
• Purchasing and Supplier Relationship Management - Purchasing Planning, Supplier Relationship Management, and Supplier Payment Schedule.
• Customer Relationship Management.

The use of application solution tools makes it possible to ensure the coordinated work of departments both within the organization and with the external environment (customers, suppliers, competitors).
