1C-Rarus completed the project of automation of Yaso company. Automation is carried out using the "1C: Trade Management and customer relations 8 (CRM)" software product on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

Task

The company needed automation of accounting of a trading activity and the organization of effective implementation of the following tasks:

  • Work with the customer base;
  • Customer relationship management;
  • Efficiency analysis of a trading activity.

The "1C: Trade Management and customer relations 8 (CRM)" software product meeting the delivered requirements was selected. Involved developer company of the program in project implementation 1C-Rarus.

Results

The program allowed the company to manage orders of buyers, to plan sales and purchases. Yaso received the tool for conducting scheduling of all activity, including marketing efforts.

The created information system allows Yaso company to solve the following problems:

  • Manage customer relations (CRM): consolidate, classify and segment the customer base;
  • Manage orders of buyers, deliveries and price policy;
  • Carry out the analysis of settlement, a goods turnover and history of customer relations;
  • Manage marketing, plan and wage marketing campaigns.

Sales processes, purchases and management of warehouse stocks are automated.

The "1C: Trade Management and customer relations 8 (CRM)" software product allowed company management to monitor and analyze efficiency of a trading, service and marketing activity.
