In process of development the company faced a problem of quality and speed of interaction of employees, and not only in territorially remote divisions, but also at head office. To increase efficiency of interaction, it was required to create a common information space, to provide integrated solution for message exchange and the organization of joint work (including territorially removed specialists). Necessary services should meet reliability criterions and to be rather simple in management.

Specialists of IT department of JSC YuTEK came to a conclusion that the Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 software product meets all these requirements. For the purpose of increase in security of IT infrastructure along with implementation of a mail system it was decided to install a system an antispam protection based on the solution Microsoft Forefront Protection 2010 for Exchange Server.

For successful project implementation engineers of Softline needed to carry out the following tasks: design a solution architecture; develop the policy of management of e-mails; unroll and configure the mail server on the basis of Microsoft Exchange Server 2010; set anti-virus and an antispam protection using Forefront Protection 2010. Besides, it was necessary to implement and customize the system of content filtering based on Forefront TMG 2010, to render JSC YuTEK: technical support of the unrolled software products during trial operation and the advisory help when developing regulations of work with corporate IT services.

A new mail system locates a wide range of possibilities for the organization of joint work, including creation of the corporate address directory on the basis of the Active Directory, planning of actions and meetings, access control to corporate documents, delivery of voice messages directly in mailboxes of users. Exchange 2010 integrates in itself new means of archiving of electronic correspondence and end-to-end search which simplify observance the politician of preserving of information. The full-function Outlook interface is available to the staff of JSC YuTEK not only on the desktop computer, but also through web access and the mobile phone.

"Product introduction of Microsoft Forefront Client Security allowed to reduce virus activity in corporate infrastructure and, as a result, idle times of an information system and also to reduce costs for administration and recovery of systems (both workstations, and servers). Corporate IT services were centralized and standardized due to use of solutions of one software maker – Microsoft corporation", – Mezhmulyan Mikhail, the head of department of information support of JSC YuTEK says.

A new mail system based on Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 will be scaled on remote branches of the company. It will allow to unify process of interaction of employees and it is essential to increase company performance.
