Rostelecom announced on January 27, 2021 connection of the virtual PBX (VATS) for service of electronic payments Yumoney which enters an ecosystem of Sberbank. The provider unrolled a virtual private network (VPN), provided digital telephony (SIP trunk) based on VATS and three phone numbers. The involved services allowed Yumoney to organize the uninterrupted and protected work of call center with an unlimited number of channels for negotiations on each number. It guarantees to users Yumoney safety of telephone connections with operators of a hot line.
Services of Rostelecom easily adapt to needs of our clients and help to solve the current problems. Especially for Yumoney we offered a combination of digital solutions. In our practice it is the first project which integrated the virtual PBX, a SIP trunk and VPN. The necessity of such configuration of services is caused by work of the customer with a bank secrecy and personal data of users of payment services. Security accreditation of payment services is that constant around which our activity is based. Yumoney helps users to make remittances, to create the e-wallet and to issue the virtual or plastic card, to accept online payment through Yukassa. We carefully approach the choice of service provider. We cooperate with Rostelecom three years, earlier the provider configured a communication channel for our DPC. And in the last competitive selection specialists of the company offered the solution, optimal from the technical and economic point of view, which allowed them to win the tender. Rostelecom quickly worked and connected the virtual PBX about a SIP trunk for the Moscow call center. The connectivity on SIP-trunk of the telephone exchanges which are available for clients of service Virtual PBX of Rostelecom to digital telephony of Rostelecom was implemented by Svetets company based on the software of the Service Svetets TMS platform. As a result of the increased opportunities Rostelecom connected service VATS for Yumoney.
As representatives Svetets told on February 9, 2021, the company worked within the service provision agreement existing with Rostelecom and providing the rights to use the software.
