Yves Rocher Vostok (Yves Rocher) (Astor: Boutique)

The Astor company continues the project on consolidation of all shops working under the Yves Rocher brand in Russia in a single network. The project began in 2004. From 155 salons functioning in the territory of the Russian Federation 23 shops are already automated at the moment.

Automation of shops is performed by means of a specialized information system based on industry solution "Astor: Boutique" that provides requirements of head office of Yves Rocher company.

Standard industry solution "Astor: The boutique" is the system of an ERP class and is intended for automation of control functions, accounting and the analysis on network retailers by nonfoods. A system conforms to the standard of automation of the retail enterprises RAS (Retail Automation Standard).

In a common information space a system allows to keep the following operational and inventory account of goods, operational accounting of cash flow, accounting, tax accounting, budgeting transactions and also supports transactions retail and wholesale.

Specialized modules for automation of the central or regional office of retail chain stores, shop and a warehouse are a part of the solution. A system has the built-in mechanisms of information exchange between modules. A system allows to exercise assortment management, stocks, pricing, to plan a remaining balance, to control settlement, to manage marketing. The solution is integrated with an additional retail store equipment.
