ZPM Metal CU automates accounting with ERP

ZPM Metall-TS LLP completed system implementation "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 for Kazakhstan". The contractor in the project - Slava VC company.

About the reasons

As the bases for transition to the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform - need of use of subsystems of a product for internal accounting of the company and drawing up tax statements. At the same time there was a need of maintaining different sections of accounting for uniform base for what the choice of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 for Kazakhstan" was provided to customer company optimal.

Results

The project startup in operation automates five jobs. Taking into account the small size of the company the moment, most significant for automation, was accurate task allocation between users of the program who use as it is possible the bigger volume of functionality of the program. In the system of internal accounting the following subsystems of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 for Kazakhstan" with different degree are used:

• Payroll calculation;
• Personnel management;
• Cash management;
• Budgeting;
• Purchase management;
• Inventory management
• Production management;
• Products cost accounting;
• Sales management;
• Sales planning;
• Purchase planning.

In general, implementation of the specified subsystems, the enterprise managed to improve controllability production. The company management had an opportunity to control reports on the enterprise with required detailing and in a necessary form, the efficiency of separate services of the enterprise and all company in general increased.
