2024: Set Loyalty Platform Loyalty Program Launch
Supermarket chain Zahratun (Uzbekistan) has launched a loyalty program on the Set Loyalty platform, which attracted about 90,000 customers in just six months. The program with a bonus cashback quickly became a growth driver: more than 60% of the turnover is formed by loyalty members, and their average check is 2.1 times higher than that of anonymous buyers. The project allowed the retailer to begin systematic work with customer data and laid the foundation for the further development of personalized communications and promotions.
