2022: Test tests of the Dronoport Hive unmanned station

At ZapSibNeftekhim (part of the Sibur group), test tests of the robotic production unmanned station Dronoport Hive were completed. This was announced on February 14, 2022 by TAdviser in the Gaskar Group.

Sibur tested the Russian droneport

The effectiveness of the station was checked on the most common drone service tasks of the largest oilgas-chemical complex, countries including monitoring the operation of technological equipment, traffic safety on roads adjacent to the enterprise, as well as monitoring compliance with safety rules by contractors on the territory of the enterprise. This is the first test of a drone the Russian in the oil and gas chemical industry.

"It was important to test the operation of the drone port in large-scale industrial production, where there are many pipelines, racks and other equipment to make sure that it is uninterrupted at such facilities. The principle of drone port control is simple - the operator using a computer and specialized software forms a flight mission for a drone. The drone performs it, and the employee is at that time in the office and watches the flight from the monitor screen. This approach significantly saves the time of operators and simplifies work - they do not need to move along with the drone along the route, and also freeze in the winter on the street, controlling UAVs from a manual console - everything is automated, "explained Nikolai Ryashin, General Director of Dronoport LLC.

You can control the droneport from anywhere you have wire Internet or. mobile 4G Drones can be in flight for about 50 minutes at a distance of up to 17 km from the station, which includes a robotic complex for replacement and charging, accumulators as well as devices for maintaining operation in frost.

ZapSibNeftekhim's own drone service appeared in 2019. As of February 2022, the enterprise has 5 advanced drones, with the help of which a whole range of tasks is performed: from control of contractors' compliance with industrial safety rules in the territory of ZapSibNeftekhim to monitoring the work of industrial equipment. Over 3 years, ZapSibNeftekhim drones made more than 4,000 flights. In 2020-2021 also with the help of drones, the quality of work on laying the runway and the progress in the construction of the passenger terminal of the Remezov airport in Tobolsk were monitored.

"Over the three years of development of drone service at ZapSibNeftekhim, modern UAVs have become real assistants in many tasks. With the help of drones, we take water samples in Irtysh for laboratory analysis, inspect flare plants, process overpasses and other equipment, "said Mikhail Vorotnikov, head of the drone service.

According to him, in the fire-hazardous season of 2021, drones monitored drains in forests adjacent to ZapSibNeftekhim in order to identify potential foci. Since ignitions 2022, with the help of UAVs, it is planned to regularly inspect power lines from the air.
