Implementation "1C: Payroll and HR Management"
On October 25, 2019 the company "1C-Rarus" announced implementing solutions "1C: ERP Enterprise Management" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management" at defense industry complex Russia Zelenodolsk design bureau the JSC enterprise. The implemented complex of systems provides the automated control of execution State of the defense order according to ФЗ-№275.
In 2018 the management of the enterprise made the decision on renovation of the operating information system. Earlier at the enterprise the software product which could not provide fully the transparent complex cost accounting and in cash in a binding to the executed contracts was used. Reports on state defense order could be received with great difficulty, all of them gathered from a set of sources untied with each other.
Besides, the old accounting system did not provide a compliance with regulatory requirements to accounting of GOZ. According to FZ-275 "About the state defense order" the customer needs to provide the final cost estimate on the project, to adhere to the determined sums and also to control costs and to provide on them transparent analytics.
When choosing the software product the management of JSC Zelenodolskoye PKB defined the following criteria:
- the solution should be suitable for complex automation of all enterprise, and not just specific accounting sites;
- the first results should be received in short terms.
The choice fell on the software product "1C:ERP. Enterprise management". The partner in implementation became Kazan office "1C-Rarus". Jointly with specialists of JSC Zelenodolskoye PKB main objectives of the project were defined:
- Organize conducting the regulated and production accounting according to requirements of the legislation for 275-FZ;
- Lower labor costs on conducting operational accounting regarding the cost accounting, payroll and personnel records, cost accounting of the turned-out products and preparation of the regulated reporting;
- Increase financial discipline due to minimization of errors of calculation and influence of a human factor;
- Reduce tax risks due to decrease in labor costs on preparation of report forms;
- Exclude double entry of documents and the related errors;
- Receive as it is possible the bigger volume of up-to-date information for effective accounting of cost value under contracts GOZ.
The project lasted 7 months. 20 jobs are automated.
Key results of the project:
- Automation level regarding calculation of the amounts and charge of taxes increased.
- Calculation of doubtful debt allowances for providing requirements of the order of Ministry of Finance No. 186H of 12/24/2010 is automated.
- The automated account of agreements and their stages and also the supplementary agreements signed within contracts is kept. All information is collected in one place and is on-line accessible to responsible persons of the enterprise.
- In a system target indicators according to each government contract are reflected, allowing to compare it to the current stage of performance of the contract.
- There was an opportunity to keep account of DS, costs, settlement, warehouse stocks with a binding to government contracts.
- The subsystem "Time recording" allowing to use own indicators of a worked time by orders for compensation calculation is developed.
The enterprise managed to refuse use of several separate systems and also to implement the principle of single input of primary information. It led to reduction of routine work of finance division, accounting quality improvement. The management had a bigger number of control and managerial instruments.

Implementation "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0."
In June, 2019 on ZPKB the project on implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 was implemented. The contractor selected 1C-Rarus Kazan.
