Zhilfondservice optimized work of housing and public utilities service

On November 15, 2016 the Cloud Computing company announced optimization of work of housing and public utilities service of Zhilfondservice company by means of the Oblakoteki platform.

Project Progress

The Zhilfondservice company optimized work of housing and public utilities service "personal account of the resident", cut down expenses on his service and ensured safety of personal data. Oblakoteki's services provided remote access to calculation bases for management companies and condominium.

The portal of "a personal account of the resident" developed by Zhilfondservice company allows owners of apartments to see the history of the charges and payments for housing and communal services online and also to transfer meter readings and to make payment using Internet acquiring.

In March, 2013 the project was transferred to virtual servers of the automated cloud platform of Oblakoteka that promoted fall forward of work and quality of technical support, reduction in cost of services.

Project Results

For November, 2016, according to the statement of the press service of the company, more than 500 organizations (condominium and management companies) - 330 thousand personal accounts, from them 120 thousand — monthly unique addresses use service.

"Cloud Computing" ensures safety of the condominiums placed on its database server and management companies. Such bases contain personal data of residents and are subject to protection on the basis of Federal law No. 152-FZ.

The cloud solution helps management companies to service the apartment houses located in different districts of the city.
