RedSys renders services in business process automation, business process reengineering, use of the implemented IT solutions and integration of the technologies existing at the customer into a single system, development of custom solutions. The company is present at 6 cities of Russia: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Khabarovsk. In St. Petersburg Redsys headquarters is located, however the main part of employees works in Moscow. Its founder Vasily Vasin manages the company.

Redsis decided not to bankrupt FTS. Now others intend to make it

In September, 2019 two St. Petersburg companies - Gefest Holding LLC and Vivasiti - announced intentions to take legal action with the statement for recognition Redsis by the bankrupt. Information on it was published in the unified federal register of legally significant data on the facts of activity of legal persons, SP and other subjects of economic activity. From Vivasiti these intentions were published by IP Sergey Spitsyn which is acting for the benefit of the companies by proxy.

According to a card file of arbitration cases, earlier between Gefest Holding and Redsis judicial proceedings took place. In February, 2019 Gefest Holding took legal action about debt collection under the agreement with Redsis on accomplishment of project works signed in 2015. The amount of requirements was about 1 million rubles, including a penalty and percent. The court satisfied this claim.

Vivasiti too earlier had legal proceedings with Redsis. The company required with the last about 1.7 million rubles as debt and a penalty with percent on the agreement signed in 2018. In the published judgment it is said that with Redsis of Vivasiti performed works on upgrade of technical means of ensuring transport security on an object of transport infrastructure of SPb on the agreement SUE Passazhiravtotrans. But Redsis paid these works not in full because of what debt was formed.

In Gefest Holding and Vivasiti could not comment on the initiative at the time of the publication of material. The founder Redsis Vasily Vasin did not want to answer questions of TAdviser.

In parallel with the publication of intentions of these companies to submit claims for bankruptcy Redsis in a card file of arbitration cases the decision of Arbitration court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region on suit abatement on bankruptcy Redsis on the statement of tax specialists was published. In substantive provisions of court's decision it is said that FTS on behalf of the interdistrict inspectorate of N8 for St. Petersburg abandoned earlier stated claims about recognition Redsis by the bankrupt. The reasons of this solution are not specified. Usually they are stated in a motivation part of decisions of the courts which are published in a card file later.

Redsis reduces personnel and is transformed to survive

In August, 2019 two sources well familiar with RedSys activity, independently of each other told TAdviser about the worsened situation in the company lately. To RedSys there are mass layoffs and, it seems, case moves to closing of the company, interlocutors of TAdviser believe.

The founder of RedSys Vasily Vasin refused to answer any questions of TAdviser by phone still before learned about what there is a speech. In the press service of RedSys one day confirmed later that the staff of the company is optimized, but, first of all, regarding administrative personnel. The company changes location and moves to new office which address in RedSys will be able to be reported later.

The Redsis LLC company is in a stage of transformation, search of the new organizational model answering to spirits of the times, customers needs and the market, - explained TAdviser in the press service.

The company at the same time quashed rumors about RedSys closing.

Redsis LLC performs and will continue to perform current contracts. Technical specialists, project managers, company management – continue to operate normally, - the representative of RedSys noted.

RedSys revenue in 2018 was reduced from 6.3 to 5.5 billion rubles, profit – from 394 to 110 million rubles. The delivery agreement software "Identification and authentication" of a subsystem of information security support of AIS RPF-2 for the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for the amount about 197 million rubles became the largest government contract in 2018, according to base " circuit.focus ", for RedSys.

Among other largest – the contract for 140 million rubles with Interregional information center RPF for rendering services in ensuring operation of a federal AIS RPF-2 segment and for 125 million rubles with RPF for services in development and maintenance of a subsystem "Management of IT infrastructure" of AIS RPF-2.

According to information in " circuit.focus ", in 2018 the number of staff of RedSys was 303 persons. For comparison – at the end of 2015 in the company about 1 thousand people worked.

As of August the company did not have posted vacancies on the key recruiting websites. A number of vacancies as of the middle of August is present at the corporate website RedSys, but in the company reported to TAdviser that they are irrelevant.

New government contracts – one of the key sources of income – the company in 2019 did not conclude, by data " circuit.focus ". Against the background of the worsened financial performance in June, 2019 to RedSys the claim from interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 8 for St. Petersburg which requires to declare the company bankrupt arrived and to exact from it 7.8 million rubles. As of August judicial proceedings on this case still continue.

According to data in a card file of arbitration courts, in addition to FTS to RedSys in 2019 several tens of claims with financial requirements from legal persons and SP with which the company cooperated were submitted. Concerning the company five enforcement proceedings of collecting property character for the total amount of 167 million rubles were open.

From March to July, 2019 seven accounts of RedSys in banks of VTB and "by MTS Bank" were blocked.

Seizure of documents in connection with criminal case

On July 11 TAdviser knew that law enforcement agencies carried out seizure of documents in Redsis. According to sources of TAdviser, it is connected with criminal case in which suspects there pass the vice chairman of the board of the Pension fund of Alexey Ivanov and the director of the department of work with state structures of Technoserv Alexey Kopeykin. Both of them were delayed, according to sources of TAdviser. Investigating bodies suspect Ivanov of taking of a bribe (Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Read more here.

According to the investigation, Ivanov, Kopeykin and other unidentified persons used the servers and office equipment located in office spaces Redsis.

During pretrial investigation it is established that for commission of especially serious crimes against the government and the interests of public service by Ivanov M.A., Kopeykin A.M. and other unidentified persons used servers and office equipment located in office spaces in the commercial organization "Redsis" to the address: Moscow, Rochdelskaya St., 15, building 43, said in the resolution on carrying out a search of July 9, 2019 signed by the Head of the investigation team of the Main Investigation Department of Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation captain of justice Maskaltsov G. V.

The investigator decided to carry out a search at office "Redsis" to find and withdraw the objects and documents important for criminal case.

Kopeykin as of July, 2019 is an employee of Technoserv, his acquaintance confirmed to TAdviser. "Ivanov M.A.", whose name appears in the resolution, this is probably the vice chairman of the board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation Ivanov Alexey Mikhaylovich, considers a source of TAdviser. It connects an error in initials with the fact that the document prepared in a hurry.

Alexey Ivanov, according to TAdviser, was delayed on July 10, 2019. Alexey Kopeykin is also delayed, approved a source of TAdviser.

On July 12, 2019 the judge Natalya Dudar made the decision to arrest Alexey Ivanov who was recognized in taking of a bribe till September, having said that the official can abscond or prevent it. According to the investigators, Alexey Ivanov got a bribe for protection of Technoserv company with Alexey Kopeykin's mediation.

In Redsis told TAdviser that on July 10, 2019 to them law enforcement agencies made the inquiry relating to conducting business activities by the company. In response to the arrived request Redsis provided all necessary documents.

Let's specify that to Redsis LLC company at authorities neither to, nor after receipt of a request of claims is not present, - the representative Redsis reported TAdviser. - The company operated normally and continues to work.

Added to the companies that Redsis is a long-term partner of RPF regarding development, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and software. The company intends and to provide further reputation of the reliable supplier of IT solutions for the government and commercial structures, speak in Redsis.

Tax specialists try to make bankrupt RedSys

In June, 2019 the statement of claim from IFTS No. 8 across St. Petersburg about recognition by the bankrupt of RedSys company as debtor came to Arbitration court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. According to a card file of arbitration courts, as of June 20 the statement is not taken cognizance yet. There is no information on the amount which is demanded by tax specialists from the company in a card file too yet.

RedSys told TAdviser that they know of this statement, but did not specify the size of a disputed amount.

As for an essence of requirements, unfortunately, are forced to note that the current legislation does not provide a possibility of contest of the size of the added requirements from fiscal bodies, - noted in the press service of RedSys.

The company also reported that it conducts work on settlement of disagreements with IFTS No. 8 on St. Petersburg and is going to resolve this situation before date of the first court session on the specified statement. RedSys calculates that thereof production according to the statement will be stopped.

Redsis intends to continue to fulfill all the obligations to partners properly and continues the current activity, added to the companies.

According to base " circuit.focus ", for the last 3 years 53 claims to RedSys for different occasions with the total amount of requirements of 1.5 billion rubles in total came to arbitration courts. Part of them was stopped, including the largest claim – from Verisel-Trading company about non-execution or improper execution of agreement obligations of delivery to the amount of 639 million rubles. RedSys the cases on claims with the total amount of 77 million rubles were lost.

In 2018 the claim from IBM East Europe/Asia for non-execution or improper execution of agreement obligations of paid rendering services for the amount of 53.5 million rubles became the largest. This case as of June, 2019 is under consideration.

2017: RedSys and CompuTel appeared in pledge at bank of owners of Technoserv

As TAdviser knew in March, 2017, RedSys company, CompuTel of Systems Management and Magellan signed agreements on opening of a credit line and providing the bank guarantee with Promsvyazbank.

Before accomplishment of agreement obligations of RedSys, "CompuTel of systems management" and Magellan will be in pledge at the bank belonging to owners of Technoserv system integrator Alexey and Dmitry Ananyevym.

Earlier TAdviser wrote that since the end of 2016 "CompuTel of systems management" and Magellan - large IT contractors of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation – belong to the Teligent company headed by the former manager of Technoserv Alexey Turochkin.

The Cyprus offshore of Androklus Limited (cm more detailed) became the owner of "Teligent", in turn, since December, 2016. Under above-mentioned agreements in pledge Promsvyazbank has also "Teligent".

RedSys - the largest IT contractor of the Pension fund belonging to Vasily Vasin – in December, 2016 replaced the Russian jurisdiction with the Cyprian too. It was explained by the forthcoming restructuring and formation of group (the cm is more detailed below).

One of interlocutors of TAdviser considers that the Cyprus company of Androklus Limited which became the owner of "Teligent" "CompuTel of systems management" and Magellan, can act for the benefit of Technoserv. Earlier other interlocutors of TAdviser said that Technoserv and RedSys discuss possible merge of assets. But in the companies it was disproved.

2016: The Cyprus company became the owner of RedSys

In December, 2016 Vasily Vasin stopped being the direct owner of RedSys. According to data of the USRLE, 100% of integrator since December 19 belong to Cyprus company of Raliyeva Management LTD.

The source of TAdviser in the guide of one of competitors of RedSys heard about Vasin's intention to sell the company and that the transaction took place. Who became a buyer, he does not know.

Vasin told TAdviser that change of the legal form is connected with process of reorganization of the company which will become RedSys group after a while.

As of the end of 2015 in the company about 1000 specialists from whom about 850 people - in Moscow work. According to representatives of RedSys, a part of employees at the time of creation of the company passed into it from R-Style. Also passed collectives into the company and from some other IT companies, for example, from NVision. Middle professional age of staff of RedSys as of 2015 is 10 years.

2013: Creation of the company

The RedSys company was created in October, 2013. The abbreviation of RED in the company name is decrypted as Responsibility, Efficiency, Development (Responsibility, Efficiency, Development). RedSys says that these principles are the basis for its activity.

Specialization - "business IT integration"

In 2015 in RedSys told TAdviser that Vasily Vasin created the company which would occupy a new niche in IT market. If R-Style, one of founders of which is Vasin, takes a position of the "classical" system integrator which activity often is associated with supplies of equipment, then RedSys is positioned as the integrator of new type aimed not so much at implementation of traditional IT projects, how many at the solution of business challenges. With respect thereto for designation of the direction of the activity the company uses the term "business IT integration".

Speaking about a difference in specialization of R-Style and RedSys, the company noted that R-Style is more likely "working hands" which can execute some project, and RedSys is, some kind of, "brains", she specializes in work of thinner level. RedSys absolutely irrespective of R-Style works and if necessary can involve in works on the projects as it, and other integrators.
