Talantix has expanded the ability to work with resumes from third-party job services, especially those in demand among companies leading the selection IT of specialists and designers, and has presented a strengthened version of its own extension for, with the browsers help of which it will become even faster and more efficient to attract candidates for open vacancies. The technologies of the Talantix CRM system recognize information from the user profile of these services, correlate it by fields and save it in the Talantix CRM system in the form of the candidate card provided - with all tools for communication, assessment, coordination with the selection customer. In automated HR analytics, the candidate's source will also be taken into account, which will allow, for example, to assess the effectiveness of the attraction channel, calibrate the IT selection strategy and work on open vacancies.

A recent study of technical brands of Russian companies conducted by hh.ru showed that the three main channels for finding work among IT specialists of different grades are hh.ru (43%), recommendations from friends and acquaintances (18%), as well as receiving offers from companies directly (14%). The Talantix CRM system, a hh.ru ecosystem service that helps Russian employers work on recruiting, has introduced its own API, a CRM system tool for transferring and exchanging data between enterprise IT solutions used. The developer announced this on January 25, 2024.

The first version of the Talantix API allows you to configure integration and transfer information from the hh.ru recruiting CRM system to HRM systems, BI services and business applications. The tool will develop and scale in 2024: in subsequent versions there will be even more opportunities for seamless information exchange between all the main IT services of employer companies.

API Talantix also allows Russian employers to build a single IT architecture from HR services of the hh.ru ecosystem used at various stages of work with personnel. 2021

Integration with Telegram

Implementing Smart Search

On March 17, 2021, HeadHunter reported that a smart search based on AI and ML and used for four years in search engines on the hh.ru was implemented in Talantix to recommend and rank the most appropriate candidate resumes, matching meaningful job content with information about the candidate who is attached to that job. Talantix users can attach resumes received both from responses to hh and found in other sources, including their own talent pool base in Talantix, to vacancies. As explained, to show the recommendations of Smart Search, you need to select the "sort by relevance" option. It is the default for the "Unselected" stage for jobs in Talantix.

Several hundred million entries are submitted to the system for entry about which vacancy of which candidate was invited and which was not invited or refused. The system analyzes the patterns that these resumes have in common, as well as the actions of the employer when searching and working with the resume. With the help of machine learning, she builds model programs that assess for the resume the likelihood that the employer will invite the applicant for an interview. Technologies such as rapid behavioural traits, online learning, meta-traits and neural networks are used. Each time an employer reviews candidates sorted "by match," the system estimates that probability for each candidate and places that candidate in a search or sorting issue the higher that probability is. As a result, the employer has the most suitable candidates in the top, and he saves time on a detailed study of those that are less suitable.
