2017: Arkadin expands presence in Russia

The Arkadin company (enters into the NTT Communications group), solution provider for the joint communications, is going to expand the presence in Russia. Russia in April, 2017 for the first time was visited by the head of the company Didier Jaubert. The visit of company management is dated for start in Russia of a new cloud platform of ArkadinVision.

Didier Jober said that the company intends to increase a share of local clients of the Russian office from 60% in 2017 to 80% (the rest is the share of multinational corporations, working in Russia) till 2020.

"The last several years became the most successful in the history of the company — Didier Jober told. — We continue to work on gain of presence in the Russian market. It substantially concerns our new products and services, our global strategy and our business model which we call GLocalo — when the branch of the company in the country develops independently, proposing global solutions and products, but at the same time provide local support and service taking into account specifics of the market. The market of cloud services in a segment of unified communications becomes every year more and more — now we estimate it at 20 billion dollars. By 2020 it will grow almost by 30%. It, first of all, is connected with the growing demand for solutions for remote work".
