Impact Capital is a Russian investment company registered in the form of a joint stock company. Founder and CEO - Valery Zolotukhin. He specializes in investments in fast-growing private companies from the real sector, but with an IT component.

As of December 2019, the portfolio includes companies such as the Dodo Pizza pizza chain, the DC Daily smart kiosk chain, Yogurt Shop mobile workshops for the production of natural fermented milk products and others.

History

2022: Investment in Russian clothing and footwear manufacturer Clan VI in the amount of 96.5 million rubles

Russian clothing and footwear manufacturer Clan VI sold its stake for 96.5 million rubles, which the company announced at the end of September 2022. Two private investors have invested in the retailer (their names are not named), as well as Impact (formerly Impact Capital), which specializes in raising money from private investors in non-public companies. 2021

Investing in service robot developer EVO Avatar

On July 14, 2021, EVO Avatar announced an investment of $700 thousand. A group of private investors invested in the Russian startup as part of the pre-seed round, including Maxim Telemtaev, Ivan Anosov and Ivan Samoshin. The main investor was the investment company Impact Capital, which received a 19.5 percent stake in EVO Avatar. Read more here.

2019: Acquisition of a 10% stake in Technored
