Kampus is a corporate learning platform launched in March 2021. The service focuses on the automation and improvement of the processes of adaptation, development and training of employees of both SMEs and large businesses. By November 2023, Kampus has 160 thousand users. The platform's clients are more than 40 companies, including X5 Group, Samolet Group, Gazprom-Media Holding, Tochka Bank, Qiwi, Mitsubishi Electric, Skolkovo Management School, Makfa, etc.

2024: Anton Buzdalin bought 23% of Kampus

In early March 2024, it became known about the investments of the founder of Eapteka Anton Buzdalin in the Russian platform for corporate training Kampus. As a result of the transaction, the entrepreneur received a 22.77% stake in the company "Theories from Practitioners" (legal entity Kampus). Its participants did not disclose the financial and other parameters of the agreement.

Anton Buzdalin, commenting on investments in Kampus, called this platform "the best solution in the segment of automation of corporate training, which is worth investing in."

According to the founder and managing partner of the Kampus platform, Nadezhda Makova, Anton Buzdalin is an involved investor with experience in launching technology solutions that change individual industries, and such partners are of great value to a startup. Buzdalin is actively involved in Kampus processes and provides expert support to the project, his investment "brings the company closer to the main goal - when Kampus will be in every office of each company aimed at progress," Makova added.

By February 2024, Kampus customers include more than 50 companies, and the number of users reached 200 thousand. The Kampus platform is included in the unified register of Russian software and is accredited by the IT company.[1]

2023: VimpelCom bought 12% of Kampus

On November 16, 2023, VimpelCom announced its investment in Kampus. Under the terms of the deal, the financial terms of which were not disclosed, the Russian telecom operator received 12% in the startup.

Beeline Innovation Director Nikolai Evchenko said that the platform will be financially supported, expertise and a network of contacts will be shared with it. Further, Beeline expects to attract new investors to the project, he added.
