On July 12, 2021, priority areas of activities of the Digital Economy ANO for the next three years became known.

Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree that empowers the Digital Economy organization to represent business interests in matters of experimental regulation. This was reported in the ANO "Digital Economy" on October 29, 2020.
Simplified legal regimes in the field of digital innovation - "regulatory sandboxes" - is a special legal environment for testing new products that helps reduce business costs and accelerate the development of promising ideas. - For a digital transformation group, it would be logical to be able to have a normal collaborative working environment without personal presence or video communication. Is it possible to have an environment in which the entire scope of the group's work is visible, an agenda for the next months? Can you vote remotely for some moments, express opinions on some things not in the letter or appendices to it, but in the thread of discussion around the issue?
- Is it possible to fix some time for the work groups to take this into account in the schedules? It would be much easier to have a fixed time and plan ahead for either participation or a representative.
All these questions were ignored, Shklyaruk said.
She added that HSE Vice-Rector Andrei Zhulin was also expelled from the working group. The first meeting of the subgroup "Digital technologies for managing the development of territories and urban planning policy"
On August 8, 2019, it became known that with the support of the Digital Economy ANO, on August 6, 2019, the first meeting of the subgroup "Digital Technologies for Managing the Development of Territories and Urban Planning Policy" of the Working Group in the direction of "Communications, Communications, Digital Economy" of the State Council took place.
As reported, the working group of the State Council "Communications, Communications, Digital Economy" was created by order of the President of Russia in December 2018. The chief architect of the Moscow region, Alexandra Kuzmina, shared the experience of the region, in which 30 services are provided in the urban planning sector as of August 2019, while all regional and municipal services, as well as 60% of federal ones, are translated into electronic form.
Stanislav Loginov, Deputy Director of the Department of Informatization of the Tyumen Region, spoke about the stages of creating a regional information system for ensuring urban planning at a meeting of the subgroup, noting that nine constituent entities of the Russian Federation took this decision as the basis of their systems.
Director for Regional Policy of the ANO "Digital Economy" Alexander Zorin in his speech stressed that the issues of spatial development of territories, urban planning activities, including the formation of a spatial data fund, the creation, functioning of state, municipal geoinformation systems, ISOGD, are really important for the sphere of state and municipal administration.

Formation of the Industry Working Group "Digital Transformation of the Oil and Gas Industry"

According to the draft ORG activity plan, by the end of 2019, the ORG, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia should develop proposals for the digital transformation of NTK and determine the key directions of its plans. The working group and departments should decide on priority pilot projects and on the areas of support for import substitution in this area.
The ORG, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Ministry of Industry and Trade plan to approve the concept of digital transformation of the NTK of Russia and action plans in the areas of Digital Neftegaz in December 2019.

Development of a financial support project for domestic software developers
On July 10, 2019, information appeared that domestic software developers could receive government subsidies in the amount of about 15 billion rubles. The corresponding project is being prepared by the working group in the direction of "Information Security" at the ANO "Digital Economy." The authors of the idea did not specify the exact amount.
It is only known that only a third of this amount, within 5 billion rubles, will be allocated from the federal budget, while the planned amount of extrabudgetary funding can reach 10 billion rubles. The sources of these funds at the time of publication of the material were not disclosed. According to the ANO, the money is supposed to be used both to create new and modernize existing software developed by domestic specialists and companies. The developers, the authors of the document believe, can count on receiving the specified amount in the period until 2021.
The project developers are working on final edits to the document. It is assumed that it will be approved by the end of July 2019 and immediately sent to the Ministry of Communications.
The document describing all the mechanisms for supporting developers was presented by the head of the working group and the president of the InfoWatch group of companies Natalya Kasperskaya. After the discussion, it was decided to make improvements in terms of detailing targeted subsidies for the purchase of fixed assets and lending to customers for the transition to domestic automatic design systems.[6]
Decision approved to establish working groups on digital industry, education and health
The Supervisory Board of the Digital Economy organization, whose meeting was held on June 27, 2019 in Moscow, approved the decision to create industry working groups (ORG) on digital industry, digital education and digital healthcare, as well as chose the candidates for their co-chairs from business.
All industry working groups are expected to begin operations in the third quarter of 2019. By this time, provisions on the functionality of working groups will be approved, work plans will be formed by the end of the year, and personal compositions of the ORG will be determined. They will include the most competent representatives of the industry business with expertise in digitalization issues.
Among the most promising areas of activity of industry working groups are considered verification of action plans for digital transformation of the relevant industry, formation of requests of industry communities for access to resources of the national program, as well as generalization and verification of the best domestic and foreign practices of industry transformation.

VTB joining the founders of the ANO
On April 16, 2019, VTB Bank announced that it had joined the founders of the Digital Economy ANO. The decision on this was made by the management bodies of the bank and the ANO. At the time of publication of the message, the necessary documents are registered with the Ministry of Justice of Russia.
According to the bank's representatives, the inclusion of ANO in the founders will allow VTB to conduct a productive dialogue with the state and participate in key decisions on the development of advanced digital technologies.
ANO "Digital Economy" is the main platform for dialogue between the state and the business community on the development of a common strategy and the implementation of measures provided for by the national program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation."
As part of the implementation of the national program, business representatives participate in six federal projects: personnel for the digital economy, information infrastructure, information security, digital technologies, regulatory regulation, digital public administration.
