2022: Bankruptcy proceedings

In early December 2022, the Arbitration Court of the Novosibirsk Region declared the company Liteko LLC bankrupt (99% belongs to Rusnano). According to the court's ruling, bankruptcy proceedings have been opened in the company until June 2, 2023.

At the end of January 2022, Liteko LLC filed a bankruptcy petition with the Arbitration Court of the Novosibirsk Region in connection with a debt of 317.2 million rubles. In May of that year, the court introduced surveillance in the company.

In April 2022, the Novosibirsk Arbitration Court began the procedure for self-bankruptcy of LLC Liotech-Innovatsiya, which was the only Russia industrial producer. lithium-ion batteries 100% in the authorized capital of Liotech-Innovation belongs to Liteko. On the Liotech website, the plant is named the largest manufacturer of lithium-ion batteries in Russia, its production capacity is 40 million ampere-hours a year.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Liteko LLC was registered in 2016 and specializes in the production of software, electric batteries, chemical products, batteries and electronic equipment. In addition to Rusnano, the co-owner of the company (with a share of 0.01%) is RNI LLC[1]

2010

In April 2010, Rusnano and the Chinese Thunder Sky signed a package of documents regulating the creation of a joint venture called Lithium-Ion Technologies (Liotech) for the production of lithium-ion batteries based on the developments of the Chinese company. The Chinese side received 50.1% in Liotech, and 49.9% in Rusnano. Rusnano's direct contribution to the authorized capital of Liotech amounted to 2.09 billion rubles, Rusnano also provided a loan of 5.5 billion rubles. Thunder Sky, in turn, invested 2.09 billion rubles in the form of cash, technology and intellectual property and provided a loan of 3.9 billion rubles. In addition, Sberbank provided credit support to the project.
