Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Saratov Region

The Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Saratov Region (UFNS of Russia for the Saratov Region) is a territorial body of the Federal Tax Service and is part of a single centralized system of tax authorities. The Office performs the functions of monitoring and supervising the compliance with the legislation on taxes and fees, for the correct calculation, completeness and timeliness of taxes and fees, in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation, due to the correct calculation, completeness and timeliness of making other mandatory payments to the relevant budget, for the production and circulation of tobacco products and for compliance with the currency legislation of the Russian Federation within the competence of the tax authorities. The department carries out state registration of legal entities, individuals as individual entrepreneurs, peasant (farm) farms, presents in bankruptcy cases and in bankruptcy procedures claims for the payment of mandatory payments and claims of the Russian Federation on monetary obligations.
