Department for Subsoil Use in the Central Siberian District (Tsentrsibnedra)

The Department for Subsoil Use in the Central Siberian District (Tsentrsibnedra) is an interregional territorial body that performs the functions of the Federal Agency for Subsoil Use in the provision of state services and management of state property in the field of subsoil use, as well as law enforcement functions in the territory of part of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation that are part of the Siberian Federal District^[1].

History

2022: Departments of Centrsibnedra

As of September 2022, the Department has the following departments:

• Geology and Licensing Department of the Subsoil Use Department for the Central Siberian District in the Republic of Tuva (Republic of Tuva, Kyzyl);
• Department of Geology and Licensing of the Department for Subsoil Use in the Central Siberian District for Republic of Khakassia (d.); Abakan
• Geology and Licensing Department of the Subsoil Use Department for the Central Siberian District for the Irkutsk Region - (g Irkutsk.);
• Department of Geology and Licensing of the Department for Subsoil Use in the Central Siberian District for Tomsk region (d.). Tomsk

2013: Reorganization and renaming to the Department for Subsoil Use in the Central Siberian District

By Order of the Federal Agency for Subsoil Use dated November 12, 2013 No. 920, as a result of the renaming of the Department for Subsoil Use in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Department for Subsoil Use in the Central Siberian District was created.

For implementation of the order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation of November 11, 2013 No. 500 "About the approval of the Scheme of placement of territorial authorities of Federal Agency for Subsoil Management"^[2] is reorganized by the order of Federal Agency for Subsoil Management of December 2, 2013 the No. 995 Department in the form of accession of the following of Departments of Mineral Resources to it for territorial subjects of the Russian Federation:

• Subsoil Use Directorate for the Republic of Buryatia;
• Department for Subsoil Use in the Republic of Tuva;
• Department for Subsoil Use in the Republic of Khakassia;
• Subsoil Use Directorate for the Irkutsk Region;
• Department for Subsoil Use in the Tomsk Region;
• Subsoil Use Directorate for the Trans-Baikal Territory.

2007: Renamed the Krasnoyarsk Territory Subsurface Management Department

By Order of the Federal Agency for Subsoil Use dated January 29, 2007 No. 98, the Territorial Agency for Subsoil Use in the Krasnoyarsk Territory was renamed the Office for Subsoil Use in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

2004: Establishment of the Territorial Agency for Subsoil Use in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

By order of the Federal Agency for Subsoil Use dated August 13, 2004 No. 78, the Territorial Agency for Subsoil Use in the Krasnoyarsk Territory was created.
