The company was created to centrally automate the activities of the then Ministry of Railways of the Russian Federation. The main goal was and remains the development of expertise in the field of large automated control systems. The CRC specializes in the development, implementation and maintenance of almost all corporate and technological systems of the country's railway industry.

At the end of 2022, the revenue of the Industry Center for the Development and Implementation of Information Systems increased by 8.9% - to 3,777 million rubles (revenue from financial statements for 2021-2022 excluding VAT). 2021

Revenue decrease by 18.8% to RUB 3,468 mln

At the end of 2021, the revenue of the OCRV company amounted to 3,468 million rubles, down 18.8% compared to 2020, which allowed it to take 122nd place in the ranking of TAdviser100: The largest IT companies in Russia 2022. 2020: Revenue growth by 22.3% to RUB 4,272 million

At the end of 2020, OCRV's revenue amounted to 4,272 million rubles, an increase of 22.3% compared to 2019, which allowed it to take 86th place in the ranking of TAdviser100: The largest IT companies in Russia 2021.

2016

In May 2016, Denis Troshanov, who previously worked at the National Center for Informatization and Korus Consulting, became the general director of the CRC.

To achieve this goal, the new CEO plans to "develop divisions within the company, including in the branch network, capable of meeting the needs for Russian Railways informatization, increase the number and quality of specialists in SAP, 1C and other software products, and invite the best IT specialists to the team on competitive terms."

2012-2015

Abyshov Gabil Nazimovich has been appointed General Director of the OCRV.

From 2012 to 2015, OCRV LLC provided the development and implementation of a number of major financial and economic information systems for the needs of Russian Railways and FPC OJSC (a subsidiary of Russian Railways). Among them, the following automated systems should be distinguished - budget management (ASBU), financial planning (ASFP), planning of other types of activities and other income and expenses (AS PWD), regulatory and targeted budgeting (AS CS).

Thanks to the introduction of the above information systems, it was possible to automate the activities of more than 5 thousand employees of Russian Railways and FPC OJSC in budget management and financial planning.

In addition, over the past 4 years, information systems on management accounting and reporting have been developed (and significantly developed) and introduced - a management accounting system for income and expenses (SUUDiR), a reporting system on the costs of a suburban complex, on the volume and cost of providing services to passenger suburban companies (SUUDiR-USPP) and a similar system in the field of economic traffic (SUUDiR-UZHD). We also developed and put into operation a corporate automated system for generating analytical reports on the actual profitability of railway freight transportation in the areas of transportation and cargo types (KASUDR-GP). In 2016, this system was recognized as the winner of the SAP Value Award.

To date, all resource-intensive management accounting systems have migrated to the SAP HANA platform, which has made it possible to significantly reduce the time required by regulators to generate management reporting.

In 2012, OCRV LLC was recognized as the nominee for the Russian Railways Best IT Solutions Supplier Award.

2008-2010

2010 is the anniversary year for the company. The CRO began to build resource capacity and increase the coverage of the share of consulting services performed by the main customer.


In 2008-2009, a unique project was implemented to migrate existing SAP R/3 4.0 systems to the SAP ERP 6.0 platform while preserving historical data.

Since 2009, preparations have been underway for the opening of a branch in Voronezh. Implementation of the company's capacity building strategy, expressed in increasing the number of personnel and improving the level of their skills. Increase the share of sales of work by own resources in relation to the share of work transferred to subcontracting organizations.

Received partner awards from IBM and SAP.

Since 2008, the development of new areas of the company's activities has begun, including the emergence and strengthening of partnerships with such a vendor as IBM. The project of automation of Russian Railways infrastructure management based on IBM Maximo has begun.

A project has been launched to create a Unified Corporate Automated Infrastructure Management System (EKSUI) of Russian Railways, integrated with existing industry ACS. Given the scale of the infrastructure and the territorial distribution of Russian Railways, the EKASUI project is one of the most significant and large-scale.

A project has been launched to implement an automated electronic process document management system (AS ETD) with electronic digital signature means EDS (). This system provides RZD employees with tools to perform functional duties within the framework of the approved company regulations, minimizing the cost of production operations, excluding duplication of functions and supporting operational documentation processes and ensuring the effectiveness of the formation of management reporting and decision-making based on it.

2007

Since 2007, the development of the company's branch network has begun, which made it possible to include the most competent specialists who grew up on the ERP project of Russian Railways. Over a two-year period, 6 branches were created in the largest cities of Russia: St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Irkutsk, Samara, Krasnoyarsk.

OCRV has actually become the general contractor of Russian Railways for the implementation of financial and economic information systems based on SAP software platforms.

2000-2006

For the period from 2000 to 2006, the CRRV team introduced the largest projects in Russia and Europe based on SAP R/3: TDS EC ASUFR, UDP EC ASUFR, SNO.

In 2006, Russian Railways became the main shareholder of OCRV. Vadim Zinovievich Moskalenko, who was also Deputy Head of the Department of Informatization and Corporate Management Processes of Russian Railways, was appointed to the post of General Director.

A unique project was launched to build a unified corporate automated labor management system for Russian Railways, covering more than 1.3 million people.

2000

February 11, 2000 began the history of the company "Industry Center for the Development and Implementation of Information Systems." Leonid Leonidovich Vinokurov was appointed to the post of general director. The company's activities at that time were aimed at meeting the need for automation of the financial and economic block of the Ministry of Railways of Russia (later transformed into Russian Railways).
