History

2008-2018: Reconstruction

VTB Arena - Dynamo Central Stadium will unite two facilities under one roof: a small and large sports arenas, as well as the Dynamo Society Museum, a leisure and entertainment complex and an underground parking lot. The total capacity of Dynamo Central Stadium will be 26,000 seats, and the number of seats in the universal arena will vary from 4,000 to 14,000, depending on the configuration - hockey, basketball or concert.

The city quarter "Arena Park" combines 13 buildings, including the headquarters of the Dynamo Society, the hotel "Hyatt Regency Moscow, Petrovsky Park," office buildings, apartments. On the first floors of the buildings there will be cafes, banks, shops, household services, children's leisure and educational centers, beauty salons and other service facilities that create a friendly and comfortable atmosphere of the metropolis, painting with new colors a picture of the Moscow courtyard in a modern way. Hyatt Regency Moscow, Petrovsky Park is designed for 297 rooms, including 40 suites and 56 furnished luxury apartments, as well as 13 conference rooms and halls named after the great Dynamo.

Sports park "Dynamo" - 8 hectares of green territory stretching from Leningradsky Prospekt to the reconstructed stadium "Dynamo," the designed building of the Academy of Sports and the city quarter under construction, as well as a theme park filled with various sports grounds and leisure areas, which will ensure peace and unconditional protection of residents of the area from noise and bustle. On the territory of the Sports Park, the Dynamo Sports Academy will be located - a modern sports and training complex with a total area of ​ ​ 48,640 thousand square meters. m, including two hockey grounds, a gymnasium, halls for martial arts, for playing squash, for playing sports, fencing, as well as a medical and restoration center.
