2023: Sberbank Investments received 1% in Trucker

On February 21, 2023, Sberbank announced its investment in Trucker logistics software developer. No terms of the transaction were disclosed, however, according to Interfax, citing data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities), Sberbank Investments received 1% of Tractor Group LLC. At the same time, neither the volume of investments nor the estimated value of the startup within the framework of the concluded investment agreement are named.

According to Sber, SberInvest became a minority member of the Trucker group in order for Sber to develop and strengthen cooperation to digitalize the cargo transportation market.

The vendor offers cloud solutions for automotive and railway logistics, available in a web browser and mobile application. In 2022, more than 1 million flights were carried out through the Trucker TMS proprietary system, according to a press release from Sberbank^[1]
