According to the creators of inapp, attracting a tranche of almost half a million dollars was a significant confirmation of the effectiveness of the startup's creative concept and its commercial potential in the eyes of potential investors.

The product is aimed primarily at medium and large businesses that want to introduce or already have existing intangible employee incentive programs. For small companies, the service will be less effective, since in terms of motivation and retention of employees, other factors play a role there - the personality of the founder, the comfort of the leader, prospects for development, the possibility of career growth, etc., said founder and director of development inapp Vagan Abelyan.

In the inapp service, everything is implemented in the format of a monthly subscription. The minimum health subscription starts from 490 ₽ per month per employee. Services are provided in "one stop shop" format. The client can satisfy all his needs for social packages in one place - a single personal account, conducting document management with one provider. In the near future, it is planned to introduce a subscription to education and advanced training of employees, which will further integrate intransitive incentive methods into inapp.

As of October 2021, inapp offers its customers and their employees two subscriptions:

• "Health Care" - includes service telemedicine and consultations with doctors in 18 areas, psychological advice and support, as well as insurance the life of an employee from accidents at a cost of 490 rubles per month per employee.
• "My apartment is my fortress" - includes a domestic assistance service for the house (electrics, plumbing, etc.), legal support for housing and tax law, as well as extended apartment insurance, including loss of suitability of housing and cleaning when an insured event occurs at a cost of 690 rubles per month per employee.

We are focused on receiving feedback from users, as we strive to create a product that fully meets the needs of both employers and their employees. In fact, we have two clients: an employee who receives convenient and useful functionality, and an HR department that optimizes administrative costs and receives valuable analytical information about staff needs.
