2023: Joining Promsvyazbank

On July 10, 2023, Promsvyazbank finally annexed the Central Republican Bank of the DPR - all rights and obligations to serve customers in full passed to PSB.

As part of the integration, large-scale work was carried out to unite client bases, restructure business processes and centralize the banking infrastructure. As a result of joining, the branches of the DPR Central District Hospital become PSB offices, - reports TASS with reference to the PSB statement.

The PSB noted that financial services to the population and enterprises are available in an office network of more than 240 branches in 30 cities and towns of the region. The total client base of PSB, uniting individuals and legal entities, after joining the DPR CRH exceeded 1.3 million clients in the DPR.

The PSB said that the bank ensured a seamless transition of clients of the DPR Central District Hospital, thanks to which they were not required to visit bank offices and re-register financial products. In particular, all valid cards - salary, pension, social, as well as accounts and balances on them transferred to PSB automatically. All cash credits after joining continue to flow to valid cards as usual.

Clients of the Central District Hospital of the DPR were able to enjoy the benefits of service in a federal systemically significant bank. They were given access to a wide financial line and high-tech digital services of PSB.

The PSB ATM network has become available to cardholders of the DPR Central District Hospital throughout Russia, in the DPR it has more than 600 devices (by July 10, 2023). Through PSB ATMs, cardholders can connect a remote banking system, replenish accounts and withdraw cash, make money transfers between their PSB accounts, receive information and mini-statements on the last completed card transactions, change PIN codes^[1] the^[2]
