2016: "Federal Freight Company" develops interactive services for customers

The Federal Freight Company (FGK, a subsidiary of Russian Railways), in order to effectively interact with customers, presented a new service on its website in the "Customers" section - an electronic application form.

According to Viktor Voronovich, First Deputy General Director of FGC, the company is constantly developing interactive services and functionality of the corporate site. "First of all, the new option is of interest to cargo owners in foreign markets, in contrast to Russian ones who are not able to create orders using the Customer's AWS of the ETRAN system, which transfers them to FGK JSC. We are working to make the application system as transparent as possible - to exclude possible internal filters. Our task is to consider each application, providing a personal approach to the client and competitive commercial conditions, "Viktor Voronovich emphasized.

The electronic form of the application allows you to indicate the required number of cars, the type of rolling stock, the cargo planned for transportation, the technical characteristics of the cars and other information.
