CTSPI FSUE at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Center for Technical Information Transfer Systems at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation

The Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Center for Technical Information Transmission Systems under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation" further (CTSPI) was created in accordance with Order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR dated April 17, 1990 No. 2054, on the basis of the structural unit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR in order for the timely and qualitative performance of maintenance of means and information transmission systems.

The objectives of the Enterprise's activities are to meet the needs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, which are in the sphere of interests of the Russian Federation, to perform works and provide services for other legal entities and individuals, as well as to make profit.

The company was established in 1990 to meet the needs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for open communication systems and services.

The company is departmental subordinate to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. The functions of the founder of the Enterprise are carried out by the federal body for the management of state property and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

The enterprise is a legal entity, has an independent balance sheet, company name, in its activities, as a self-accounting Enterprise, is guided by the Charter.

The subject of the Enterprise's activity is the provision of services in the field of communication and transfer of information, Technical support for audio-visual equipment, including the participation of foreign delegations, protection of means and systems of communication and transmission of information operated in units of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in its foreign institutions, maintenance and operation of office and computer equipment, communication equipment of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including using information constituting state secrets, as well as performing work and providing services to other legal entities and individuals.

The Company plans its activities and determines the development prospects based on the Enterprise Activity Program approved in accordance with the established procedure, as well as the availability of demand for work performed, services provided, products produced.

The Company shall determine and establish forms and systems of remuneration, number of employees, structure and staffing table, ensure timely and full payment of wages and other payments to employees in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Company shall establish additional holidays, reduced working hours and other social benefits for its employees in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Activities of FSUE "TsTSPI under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia":

• performs installation and adjustment work, maintenance and repair of equipment of security alarm systems, television surveillance, access control;
• provides maintenance, repair and operation of operational communication systems;
• performs maintenance, repair and operation of the distribution telephone network, line communication facilities, operational communication switches, small PBXs, sealing equipment and telephone sets;
• provides repair of fax machines, satellite communication stations, televisions, video recorders;
• performs maintenance, repair and operation of television equipment and television receiving antennas, satellite television systems, television cable networks;
• Carries out maintenance and operation of sound amplification equipment, simultaneous interpretation of speech, television and presentation equipment designed to provide various events (including at the exit): press conferences, briefings, seminars, meetings with the participation of Russian and foreign individuals and legal entities with the possibility of providing audio recording and video shooting;
• provides maintenance, repair and operation of digital and analog copiers, electronic typewriters and passports, file and paper-destroying machines, recorders, calculators, archival perforators;
• performs work on categorization of premises and engineering protection of information in communication and data transmission systems;
• provides video conferencing services;
• provides technical services for reception/transmission of information of an open nature using facsimile and telephone communication channels, e-mail, Internet, technical Web-site http://ctspi.ru, Internet site of the Enterprise;
• provides the search for the latest technologies, equipment and computer programs for their subsequent implementation.
