Revenue growth by 29% to RUB 125.7 bln

On June 14, 2023, MTS PJSC announced that its subsidiary MTS Digital was included in the ranking TOP-10 of 100 companies operating in the Russian IT market by revenue for 2022.

MTS Digital for the first time entered the ranking TOP-10 "TAdviser100: The Largest IT Companies in Russia 2023." The company's revenue for 2022 amounted to 125.7 billion rubles (excluding VAT), an increase of 29% from year to year. This indicator allowed the company to take 6th place.

The company in 2022 did a lot of work in terms of import substitution of both internal solutions and commercial products. A key element was created - the technology platform The Platform, which allows you to quickly create and scale products and services of any complexity.

Thanks to its launch, infrastructure acquisition time was reduced from a month to a minute, product launch speed quadrupled, reliability of IT systems increased by a factor and development costs were halved. The level of migration to the unified technological platform of MTS The Platform within the ecosystem has already reached 24%.

The plan to attract 5 thousand IT specialists

On July 20, 2022, MTS announced the attraction of more than 5 thousand. IT specialists in the company's technology stacks until the end of 2022. A budget of more than 3 billion rubles was allocated to increase the wage fund, training and create a comfortable environment in the MTS Digital office.

As part of the program to expand the staff of IT specialists, MTS Digital conducts an additional set of developers of various technology stacks - Java, .net, JS, Python, Golang, mobile development. DevOps engineers, analysts, Data Science specialists and team leaders are also in demand. Vacancies are open in teams developing digital services based on Big Data, AI, cloud infrastructure and other product divisions. Strengthening the development team will allow MTS Digital to quickly develop ecosystem products as KION, MTS Marketer, MTS Cloud, as well as launch new areas of technological products.

An important HR development within the framework of the IT team development project is educational programs to improve the professional level of the company's employees. MTS Digital has formed a system of development tracks between grads (levels). Each of the tracks corresponds to a specific set of educational courses, which allows specialists and managers to track the professional path of each employee. Also, thanks to the implemented system, a specialist can plan not only vertical growth, but also change projects, hard and soft directions.

2021: Revenue growth by 48.9% to RUB 11.852 billion

At the end of 2021, the revenue of MTS Digital amounted to 11,852 million rubles, an increase of 48.9% compared to 2020, which allowed it to take 44th place in the ranking of TAdviser100: The largest IT companies in Russia 2022.
