2023: MTS bought 16% of Primo RPA

According to the press service of MTS, thanks to the acquisition of a stake in the developer of the Primo RPA system in the portfolio of B2B products, the Russian telecommunications operator will have a fully functional platform for introducing robotization of any complexity and scale: from the launch of robot assistants to the complete automation of key business processes.

As part of technological synergy, MTS AI is integrating its artificial intelligence developments into Primo RPA solutions. For example, the Audiogram speech synthesis and recognition system, with which it will be possible to decrypt the voice of employees and automatically fill out documentation in various systems, facial recognition technology for automated hiring, when you can determine and save an employee's photo, as well as perform identity checks.

According to Mikhail Ivanov, Managing Director of Primo RPA, a close partnership with MTS AI will open the company to unique technologies and expertise in the field of artificial intelligence, and Primo RPA customers will be able to robotize new types of tasks based on our solutions.

The departure of foreign players from the Russian market, which accounted for about 75% of all projects, opens up new opportunities for domestic companies. A key trend now is combining the capabilities of RPA with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, especially in the field of speech technology.
