History

2023: Court order on payment for work under the three hundred million state project

On February 16, 2023, it became known that the Sitronics KT company would have to accept work on a three hundred million state project from the Aviation and Marine Electronics (AME) research and production enterprise. This decision was made by the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, to which AME filed a lawsuit against Sitronics CT on October 10, 2022. 2021

Name change

On April 27, 2021, the name of the organization was changed from Kronstadt Technologies JSC to Sitronics CT JSC.

Sitronics bought Kronstadt Technologies

On February 16, 2021, it became known that Sitronics was acquiring a 100% stake in Kronstadt Technologies (CT) from Kronstadt JSC controlled by Sistema.

AFK Sistema, which includes Sitronics, confirmed the conclusion of a deal to acquire a 100% stake in Kronstadt Technologies. The financial component of the agreement in the corporation also did not disclose.

According to Alexei Katkov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sitronics and Managing Partner of AFK Sistema, the marine logistics and transport industry is a new direction for a company that is engaged in the digitalization of industry.

Sitronics acquired Kronstadt Technologies

So far, a symbolic advance has been paid for Kronstadt Technologies, and the full calculation will take place after assessing the intellectual value of the drone developer - this may take 2-3 months, a Sitronics representative told Vedomosti.

AFK Sistema noted that Kronstadt Technologies by mid-February 2021 is the only participant from Russia in the International Association of Lighthouse Services (IALA), which is responsible for the development of digital navigation at the interstate level. Earlier, the company introduced an autonomous navigation system, completed a project to digitize navigable rivers and developed two digital test waters as part of a federal target program for the development of electronic navigation in Russia.^[1][2]
