2021: Creation of a company for concessions in healthcare

In May 2021, it became known about the creation of AFK Sistema, a new company that will deal with concessions, including in the field of health care. This structure is called "System Concessions."

It is assumed that the new company will be engaged in the integrated implementation of the public-private partnership (PPP) project. In particular, it will act as a project office, partner in legal, technological and financial consulting, as well as a private partner and investor, attracting its own and borrowed funds. Among the key areas are projects for the construction of roads, bridges, runways, airports, sports stadiums and medical buildings.

AFK Sistema created a company for concessions in healthcare

It is expected that by 2024 the System Concessions portfolio will include projects totaling up to 300 billion rubles, of which medicine will account for about 15% of the amount.

AFK Sistema emphasized that the new company will be engaged not only in healthcare, but also in projects in various areas.

The operator will be the company "System Concessions," the owner of which was the structure of AFK Sistema in February 2021.

For work, "System concessions" attracted team members of another largest PPP operator - GK "VIS." In particular, the owner of the 10% share of System Concessions, Andrei Kiselev, headed the Thirty-fourth concession company (currently - Rusgeoresurs LLC, owned by Igor Snegurov, the main owner of VIS Group of Companies).

According to the SPARK-Interfax system, by May 2021, 50.01% of System Concessions LLC owns the structure of Sistema AFC - Platform LLC, 20.99% belongs to Valery Golovin, 14% to Andrei Kiselev, 10% to Valery Yeremin, 5% to Sergey Leshchev. The company's financial performance is not reported.
