"Aviation Complex named after S. V. Ilyushin" (OJSC "Il") is part of PJSC "United Aircraft Corporation." Performs a full range of work related to the development, modernization, testing, preparation and maintenance of production of aircraft samples, maintenance of airworthiness of previously manufactured IL aircraft.

PJSC "Aviation Complex named after S.V. Ilyushin" (PJSC "Il") was established in 1933. The company has created more than 120 types of aircraft of various modifications, and today it develops and produces various modifications of the Il-76, Il-78, Il-96, Il-112, Il-114. PJSC Il also specializes in aircraft maintenance, modernization and technical equipment, trains flight and engineering personnel. The company's specialists are actively involved in the development of components for MS-21, Sukhoi Superjet 100.

Performance indicators

2015

The Company's revenue in 2015 amounted to RUB 11.6 billion, which is 1.7 times more than in 2014. Compared to 2014, the net profit of OJSC Il increased 3.4 times and exceeded 1.47 billion rubles, which made it possible to send 735.2 million rubles to pay dividends to shareholders. Net assets of the Company at the end of the reporting year amounted to RUB 8138 mln, i.e. increased by RUB 2228.2 mln compared to the previous year. The profit received in the reporting year had a positive impact on the amount of equity. The dividend per ordinary share amounted to 3540.45 rubles , which is the maximum value in the history of the Company.

History

2023: CEO appointment of Daniil Brenerman

On February 10, 2023, it was announced the appointment of Daniil Brenerman as the new general director of Ilyushin, which is engaged in the production of IL aircraft. He replaced Sergei Yarkova, who will now head the company's board of directors and continue to develop the transport aviation division of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC, part of the Rostec state corporation).
