2014: OJSC "Il" comes under the management of the plant named after V.M. Myasishchev
In May 2014, the Experimental Machine-Building Plant named after V.M. Myasishchev received the functions of the sole executive body in relation to OJSC Il. This decision was made by United Aircraft Corporation OJSC.
2011: Joining the UAC
Since 2011, the plant and the Myasishchev Design Bureau have been part of the structure of the United Aircraft Corporation OJSC.
