Altius Lab will develop a direction to increase the level of information security of the Unified Air Traffic Management System. In particular, the company will search for and eliminate critical vulnerabilities at the stage of designing and modernizing information systems, as well as integrating domestic developments in the field of information protection. To counter cyber threats, an information security monitoring center is being formed. Subsequently, the company is planned to enter the foreign market.

Within the framework of the partnership, the Rostec corporate center of competencies in the field of information security "Information Security Reforms" will provide a joint venture with trusted hardware and software solutions of its own design. The Aeronautical and Information Systems company (part of Rostec) and the Almaz research and production association (part of Almaz-Antey) will provide personnel resources and expertise in the field of air traffic management.

Dmitry Savitsky, Deputy General Director of the Almaz-Antey Concern, noted the importance of the emergence of a company on the domestic cybersecurity market, which is a joint venture of two leading Russian defense industry holdings.
