Start of the process of joining MegaFon

Since the beginning of 2021, MegaFon has been preparing to join Net Bay Net Holding LLC and MegaLabs JSC. MegaLabsa projects will be taken over by subsidiaries of Quantera JSC and. At the START beginning of the year, all resources for the development of VAS products for private and corporate clients, including the development team, were transferred to Quantera JSC, which became the center for the MegaFon development of digital solutions. Creation of joint venture of JSC "Quantera"
