2020: "Cyan" purchased N1.ru

On December 23, 2020 the service for search of the real estate in Russia announced Cian purchase of N1.ru company. As the seller in this transaction the HSD RN BV company acted (enters into Hearst Shkulev Group). Its participants did not begin to open a financial component of the agreement.

At the time of the declaration of sale of N1.ru on the platform more than 250 thousand declarations, monthly audience of service — about 2 million unique users are placed. Except the website N1.ru, the company integrates projects "NGS. Real estate" (Novosibirsk), "E1. The real estate" (Yekaterinburg), MLSN (Omsk), DomChel (Chelyabinsk), Zhilky (Krasnoyarsk) and also sections of declarations on sale and real estate lease on 20 regional websites.

Cian purchased N1.ru

As told TAdviser in Cian, the company calculates, having purchased N1.ru, to strengthen the positions in regions, especially in Siberia and in the Urals where the sold service enjoys special popularity. In particular, it is expected that this transaction will allow Cian to come out on top by the number of users in Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk and some other the large cities and also to increase efficiency of services for the clients.
