2022: Investing in SegmentStream

On February 7, 2022, Fort Ross Ventures announced an investment in SegmentStream. The fund was in the lead in the sowing round for $2.7 million. The OKS Group venture fund also participated in the transaction. More details here.

2021: Investing in an online travel service FinalPrice

On July 5, 2021, the OKS Group informed TAdviser that it had invested in an online service for organizing FinalPrice travel, co-investors were Sistema VC and Almaz Capital funds. The volume of the round amounted to $1 million. More details here.

Investing in Ukrainian clothing size recognition service by photo 3DLOOK

December 9, 2020 it became known about the investments of OKS Group in 3DLOOK. The startup held a pre-A round in the amount of $1.5 million, of which a Russian company invested $400 thousand. In addition to the OKS Group, ICU Ventures, uVentures, Solid5, 500 Startups, Boost VC and supermodel Natalya Vodyanova invested in the project. More details here.

Investing 170 million rubles in Upmarket

In early November 2020, Upmarket announced the attraction of 170 million rubles of investments from the OKS Group holding. The funds will be allocated until mid-2021, the OKS Group will receive a 31 percent stake in the startup, which, according to the results of the financing round, was estimated at 548 million rubles. Create JV with Dentsu

Dentsu Group Inc. announced the start of a subsidiary in Russia: Dentsu Entertainment Eurasia Partners (hereinafter - DEEP) to expand the ecosystem of the Japanese holding in the local market beyond advertising. 2019: OKS Group invested $1 million in Equio

On September 18, 2019, it became known that the investment company OKS Group invested $1 million in Equio. The Russian software developer intends to use the funds raised to market and increase its share in the digital solutions market in the management, training and motivation of line employees.
