The RusAgroMarket holding was created to implement the project of the federal network of wholesale distribution centers (ORC) under the brand of the same name. Work on the project began in 2013 within the framework of the Yermak group of companies.

2023: Tashir bought 51% of Rusagromarket

The structures of Tashir, one of the largest owners of retail real estate on the Russian market, gained control over the Rusagromarket holding, which develops food wholesale and distribution centers. Information about the transaction appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) appeared in October 2023.

As Kommersant writes with reference to this register, Tashir Capital LLC became the owner of 51% of NLR LLC, the head structure of the Rusagromarket holding. The remaining 49% of ADR, which owns 95% of Rusagromarket-Holding, is owned by SPB-Holding LLC, where PCG managing partners Vladimir Tatarchuk and Vladimir Yermoshin each have 50%. Another 5% of Rusagromarket-Holding is owned by NVI LLC, which is part of the ВЭБ.РФ.

Tashir structures gained control over the Rusagromarket holding

By October 2023, Rusagromarket manages the first stage of the wholesale distribution center with an area of ​ ​ more than 100 thousand square meters. m with a location in the Novosibirsk region. Tashir will act as the general contractor for the construction of the facility.

The shareholders of the holding noted that the transition to a new, joint-stock level of cooperation "will strengthen the project and allow the implementation of the second and third stages" of the project. Rusagromarket is also considering the construction of ORCs in other cities, although specific plans of the holding have not yet been disclosed.

Vice-President of Tashir Group Sergei Badmaev said that the purchase of a stake in Rusagromarket will allow the group to diversify its portfolio and take a step in further development in the consumer market, where Tashir is represented by Bukhta wholesale and retail complexes

According to analysts interviewed by the newspaper, the project to create distribution centers may receive a new impetus due to synergy with Tashir facilities. In addition, federal retailers entering the Siberian market may be interested in the objects.[1]
