About the Company

Tashir is a multidisciplinary group of companies at the federal level, founded in 1999 and uniting more than 200 companies in various sectors of the Russian economy, including construction, production, financial, energy, development, retail. The total number of employees is over 45,000. The geography of activity covers 47 cities of Russia and neighboring countries. The founder and President of the company is Samvel Karapetyan, the head office is located in Moscow.

The basis of the business of the group of companies is development and management of commercial real estate, while the priority area is retail real estate. Tashir is the leader of the Russian development market, the creator of modern, high-tech objects in the field of commercial and residential real estate, the total area of ​ ​ which today is about 5 million square meters. m

Among the projects implemented by the Tashir Group are the Moscow shopping and entertainment centers "RIO" on Dmitrovskoye Shosse and Sevastopolsky Prospekt, the specialized furniture center "RIO" on Leningradskoye Shosse, the shopping center "Yerevan-Plaza" on Bolshaya Tula Street, the Gazoil Plaza business center on Nametkina Street and the business center in Podkolokolny Lane, where the central office of the group of companies is currently located. History

2023: Tashir bought 51% of Rusagromarket

The structures of Tashir, one of the largest owners of retail real estate on the Russian market, gained control over the Rusagromarket holding, which develops food wholesale and distribution centers. 2011
